Luxury Vibes – Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Luxury Vibes. We source our products from trusted suppliers through Doba and aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped by the supplier.
Once an order has been submitted to the supplier, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Exchanges
Because Luxury Vibes products are fulfilled by multiple Doba suppliers, return eligibility may vary.
We accept returns only for items that are:

Damaged or defective upon arrival

Incorrect (wrong item, size, or color)

Missing parts or accessories
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Items not eligible for return include:

Buyer’s remorse or “change of mind”

Orders with an incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error

Clearance or final-sale products

Used, modified, or damaged items not caused during shipping
If your item qualifies, Luxury Vibes will provide detailed return instructions, including any required RMA or supplier return address.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs vary depending on the Doba supplier.
Unless the supplier specifies otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective items.
For defective or incorrect items, Luxury Vibes will work with the supplier to determine whether:

A prepaid return label can be provided, or

A refund can be issued without returning the item.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed once the supplier receives and inspects the returned product.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to supplier error or a defective item.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Luxury Vibes within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the item

Photos of the packaging

A description of the issue
This information is required for us to submit a claim to the supplier.
6. Missing or Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, notify Luxury Vibes within 5 days.
We will open an investigation with the carrier.
Lost packages caused by carrier error may be refunded or replaced depending on supplier policy.
